Category 6 network cables refer to Category 6 cables, that is, cables that comply with the CAT-6 standard. The cross skeleton in the center of the cable rotates with the change in length. The relative position of the twisted-pair cable improves the balance characteristics and crosstalk attenuation of the cable.

In the construction and installation of Category 6 network cables, if the pipelines are laid unreasonably, the installation steps are not standardized, and the management system is not in place, they will affect the test results of Category 6 wiring, causing some problems to become difficult to repair. In the end, they can only be re-laid. One link is replaced, so the construction of Category 6 wiring system must be carried out in accordance with the specifications required by international standards. The following Dehui network cable manufacturers will tell you what you need to pay attention to when wiring:

1. Since the outer diameter of Category 6 cables is thicker than that of general Category 5 cables, in order to avoid cable entanglement (especially at elbows), you must pay attention to the filling degree of the pipe diameter when laying the pipeline, the general inner diameter is 20mm It is advisable to put 2 six-category lines on the line tube.

2. Strictly abide by the construction specifications of the cable trough, and ensure the proper cable bending radius. When bypassing other cable ducts up, down, left, and right, the turning slope should be gentle. Pay attention to whether the cover can be covered without stressing the cables after the cables at both ends are sag. Pay attention to the control of tension during the process of unwinding. For cables with reel packaging, the reel should be put on a self-made pull rod. One end is drawn, and the pre-pulled line should not be too much to avoid multiple lines tangled and looped on the field.

3. When arranging, tying, and placing cables, the redundant cables should not be too long, and the cables should not be subjected to superimposed stress. The coils should be straightened up, and the fixed ties should not be tightened too tightly.

4. After the wire drawing process, the redundant cables left at both ends should be organized and protected. When coiling the wire, follow the original direction of rotation. The diameter of the coil should not be too small. Use a wire clip to fix the wire slot, ceiling or carton. Inside, make a mark.

5. During the entire construction period, the construction shall be organized in strict accordance with the construction process. Each type of work shall be organized according to the construction plan and construction network plan, and the construction tasks of this type of work shall be completed before the start of other follow-up work types.
